Please read this document carefully before using any services provided by m8bet. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the m8bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To use m8bet's services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration
- Are a resident of a jurisdiction where use of this platform is permitted under local law
- Are not on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted by relevant authorities
- Use the platform for personal purposes only and not on behalf of any other person
- Confirm that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and current
M8bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If verification cannot be completed or the information provided is found to be false, the platform reserves the right to suspend or close the account in question.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the m8bet platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. Users are responsible for keeping their account information, including full name, phone number, and email address, up to date at all times.
Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. m8bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to m8bet support. Use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials with anyone.
General User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the m8bet platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, identity theft, interference with platform systems, or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities. Any attempt to manipulate the odds system, game outcomes, or payment processes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the m8bet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may change from time to time without prior notice. Current limits can be found in your user account or via our FAQ page.
All deposits must be made using a payment method verified in the registered user's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Deposited funds must be used for betting or gaming activity before a withdrawal can be processed, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit. Full identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours on business days.
Any bonus or promotional credit applied to an account is subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must fulfil all relevant conditions before a bonus can be converted to cash. m8bet reserves the right to void bonuses where misuse or a breach of conditions is detected.
4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limit
M8bet is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical delays, or system errors beyond the platform's control. Users acknowledge that betting activities carry financial risk and are solely responsible for all decisions made.
The m8bet platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that services will be available without interruption at all times. In the event of a technical failure affecting game or betting outcomes, m8bet reserves the right to void or correct the relevant transactions at the platform's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, source code, and other materials on the m8bet platform are the exclusive property of m8bet or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Account Suspension & Closure
M8bet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any term in this document
- Fraud, identity misrepresentation, or illegal activity
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- System manipulation or exploitation of technical bugs
- Requests from relevant authorities
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, m8bet reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending an internal investigation. The final decision regarding the balance will be communicated via the registered email address.
Third-Party Links
The m8bet platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. m8bet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
5. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
M8bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at the platform's discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the m8bet platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by emailing our support team.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the m8bet platform shall first be resolved through negotiation before any formal legal action is taken.
